Cesar was produced and raised by us. Cesar’s parents are Neo and Trinity. His sister is Rebecca. Cesar, unlike Rebecca has kept his pretty pastel colors. He is a startling white with brilliant peach highlights down each side of his backbone and deep purple / blue sidebars. Cesar is majestic in appearance, just like the emperor he was named for. He does everything with a royal flair from strutting around his house to eating.
